Randall’s introduction to politics came at the age of 7 when he knocked on every door in Hamilton Park (750 in all) flagging them for Ron Kirk’s Campaign (Ron soon thereafter became the first Black mayor of the City of Dallas).
In 2007, Randall’s paid political career began by working with Kathy L. Nealy & Associates, where he honed his skills in public relations, project management, strategic planning and organizing. There he grew to oversee the firm’s business development, public affairs, and zoning work, as well as lobbying at the state and local level for companies such as Wal-Mart, American Airlines, Hillwood Victory, DR Horton, SAP, and HKS.
In 2012, Randall launched Politics United Marketing. Since its inception, PUM has been a leading Government Affairs liaison in North Texas for policy and ordinance changes, and under his leadership PUM has managed and/or supported over 50 of our region’s most notable candidate campaigns and referendums on a local, state and federal level.
Randall has been featured in over 15 news publications including: The Texas Tribune, The Dallas Morning News, and the Austin American-Statesman.
Randall is a graduate of Northlake College.
